IT Services Finance Group

IT Services Finance purchases and provides information technology services using its enterprise status to leverage volume discounts and eliminate unnecessary overhead. IT Services Finance employees are trained professionals who are familiar with the rapidly-changing information technology environment, ready and willing to assist with questions about IT Services billing.

IT Services Finance handles all disputes with telecommunication and information technology vendors, ensuring that all charges are proper and free of taxes.

IT Services Finance consolidates billing for all UCD Information Technology Services using a batch upload process through PeopleSoft for UCD customers along with a detailed IT Services Billing Statement mailed to the PeopleSoft point-of-contact. The detailed IT Services Billing Statement provides a listing of services, including voice services, toll calls, pagers, and other IT Services products with the associated costs. UCDassociates receive similar billing support appropriate to their service needs.

UCD Services: IT Services Finance is the point of contact for customer questions regarding billing changes, corrections, or questions. Please send billing changes and corrections to: ITS.Billing@ucdenver.edu or fax changes/corrections to IT Services Finance at: (303) 724-0918.
