Downtown Campus Student
Account Activation:
Your accounts are set up for you upon enrollment. Activate your account online at Activate My Account.* Click on "Student Account Activation Form." Enter your Student ID number and PIN, and follow the instructions. Upon activation, you will receive a username and password.

*Important note: The new Downtown Campus student email policy is now in effect and Downtown Campus student email addresses have been changed to the new official format (firstname.lastname@email.cudenver.edu).

Email Forwarding
Although the University does not recommend forwarding your email to an outside provider, you can make this change online at Forward My Email.

Disclaimer: The University of Colorado Denver (UCD) will only use UCD student electronic mail (email) accounts if it elects to send email communications to students. UCD email accounts are available through IT Services, LW1350. Students are responsible for reading emails received from UCD. The purpose of this requirement is to: (1) ensure students receive information timely; and, (2) eliminate identity concerns related to student communications received by UCD via email. UCD is not responsible for mail forwarded from UCD student email accounts.

Downtown Campus Faculty or Staff
To set up your accounts, please ask your Department Administrator or LAN Administrator to submit an Information Systems User Request Form (ISURF) on your behalf.

Your Administrator will provide you with your username and initial password.

Downtown Campus Sponsored User
To set up your accounts, complete and submit the Sponsored User Form

Following approval, you will need to ask your Department Administrator or LAN Administrator to submit an Information Systems User Request Form (ISURF) on your behalf.

Your Administrator will provide you with your username and initial password.

Anschutz Medical Campus Student
Your accounts are created and set up for you upon enrollment. You will need your PIN to access your account.

Visit http://hsclibrary.uchsc.edu/email-help or call Mary Mauck at 303-724-2171 to get your username and password, information on getting started with your account, or to get help.

Anschutz Medical Campus Faculty or Staff
To set up your accounts, please ask your Department Administrator or LAN Administrator to submit an Information Systems User Request Form (ISURF) on your behalf.
